Where is the Masseria located?
Masseria il Trullino is located in the village of Carpignano Salentino, 23 Km south of Lecce, in an area also known as Salento.
Can I walk to the village?
The town centre of Carpignano Salentino is 1.7 Km from the masseria and it is reachable through a paved country road. You can of course walk or bike to the centre.
How far are the beaches?
The nearest sandy beaches, Spiaggia Alimini, are 12 Km away, where you can find numerous beach clubs and free beaches. Perfect for families for its warm and shallow water.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool can be heated upon request. When heated, the pool reaches a temperature of 30 degrees in summer and 25 degrees in autumn, depending on the weather.
Is the masseria suitable for families ?
Yes, we accept families with children of all ages. The pool is equipped with an electric cover for safety. We can provide a baby cot, high chair, games, toys, DvDs or other amenities you may need.
Do you accept pets?
The property does not accept pets.

Do I need a car?
Yes. A car is essential as the villa is located in a rural setting just under 2Km from the town centre.
When is the best season to visit Puglia?
The Region of Puglia is a great destination all year round. Spring and Autumn are ideal for sightseeing. The temperature is mild and towns are uncrowded. The summer months are great for beach life however it can get very hot (up to 40 degrees Celsius) and beaches can be very crowded in August.
